Refund policy

refunds or exchanges are possible in the following events:

• your order was mistakenly fulfilled missing items or with incorrect items
• your items are defective or damaged

NO refunds will be issued if the wrong address is provided or problems occur with the USPS but i will send a complimentary replacement.
