Refund policy

refunds or exchanges are possible in the following events:

• your order was mistakenly fulfilled missing items or with incorrect items
• your items are defective or damaged
• even if USPS is at fault, i will send a complimentary replacement for tracked orders to the same address you originally provided.*

NO refunds will be issued if the wrong address is provided or additional problems occur with the USPS.

*this policy does not include handmade items which can only be replaced if i have similar ones available. i do not offer refunds for these items.
